They are Relationship and Well-being Scholars, that use individualized approaches that motivate, transform, and empower through the art of mindfulness.

A critical success factor in their practice has been the use of mindfulness, meditation, and prayer. These practices are shown in research and practice to increases self-reflection, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence resulting in increased productivity and successful outcomes.

They both have lengthy backgrounds in fortune 500 companies whose spectrum s range from ground level to leadership positions. This means that they speak your language at all levels.

Seeing firsthand the lack of preparedness for stress management led them to team up to create a mission that would raise awareness to alternative treatments like meditation to manage stress and build relationships. Although their practice is inclusive, special focus has been given to mother and daughter, family, women in leadership, educational, and single parenting populations.

Together they pursued their doctorate degrees, so that they could combine sound research and practical knowledge to their work, resulting in successful outcomes. Their motto of “We are educated in theory but are practitioners of change” has resulted in the development of collaborative resources and tools to combat stress using the art of meditation.
