Eugene Sayan leads Softheon in its mission to develop innovative solutions for healthcare payers, providers, and government agencies. Since 2000, he has been responsible for the corporate strategic vision and direction.

Prior to Softheon, he led big data and process management initiatives for Fortune 1000 companies and completed a tenure at IBM. Eugene serves on several boards, including Center for Dynamic Data Analytics’ (CDDA) Big Data Analytics & Visualization, the Center of Excellence in Wireless and Information Technology’s (CEWIT) Healthcare IT Board, Stony Brook University, and Long Island Software & Technology Network. He received a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering & telecommunication from Istanbul Technical University and a Masters in Computer Science from the New York Institute of Technology.
