He is the head of global management and director of the Center for Global Business Studies at Pennsylvania State University.

Professor Ghadar is the author of more than 10 books, including Financing Growth in Developing Economies and New Information Technology and Its Impact on Global Business Management. He frequently is quoted in internationally circulated publications, and has been a featured speaker and an interviewee on major television networks and business broadcasts.
