Her expertise is sought by companies like Google, Spotify, and Target to empower teams and develop inclusive innovation strategies.

Prior to Black Ambition, Hatcher co-founded Black Tech Week and The Center for Black Innovation. Recognized as a White House Champion of Change for STEM access and diversity, Hatcher has been featured on NBC's "Today Show," MSNBC, and Forbes. Her transformative work has garnered support from major organizations like Knight Foundation, Morgan Stanley, and the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative.

Before her move into the tech and startup world, Hatcher worked as a marketing executive spearheading the 10th-anniversary campaign for the NBA’s Minnesota Lynx/Timberwolves and as an experiential marketing/brand manager for Sony, Nintendo, and McKee Foods. She was also the former "Chief Popsicle" of Feverish Ice Cream and author of several books, including "Genius Jam" and "Start Your Business on a Ramen Noodle Budget."
