Prior to Black Ambition, Hatcher co-founded Black Tech Week and The Center for Black Innovation. Before her move into the tech and startup world, Hatcher worked as a marketing executive spearheading the 10th-anniversary campaign for the NBA’s Minnesota Lynx/Timberwolves and as an experiential marketing/brand manager for Sony, Nintendo, and McKee Foods.
