While studying Economics at Católica Lisbon School Business and Economics Filipa Neto realized her passion for e-commerce and brand’s strategy. As an avid online shopper she has always been passionate about analyzing the most successful online fashion businesses. After winning 2nd place in the biggest entrepreneurship competition in Portugal Neto was able, together with Lara Vidreiro, to raise a 400K investment for the seed round under the age of 21.
Neto's current position as Senior Innovation Principal at Farfetch allows her to explore her passion for e-commerce, fashion, digital marketing and brand strategy. Neto drives engagement with startups and evaluates and manages potential partnerships or investment. She engages with internal and external stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and deploy new business models and technologies. Prior to joining Farfetch, Neto was co-founder & MD of a European fashion rental marketplace. She’s an honoree of Forbes 30 under 30 in e-commerce and one of TIME Magazines 100 Most Influential People of 2020.
