Florence Van Dyke was a star triathlete and corporate lawyer when her sister Chloe founded CHIA, a healthy energy drink brand that produces bottled juices with hydrated chia seeds. Chloe created her first CHIA products with her sister's triathlons in mind, so it was a natural fit when Florence joined CHIA in 2016.

At work, she focuses on sales, exporting, marketing and human resources rolled into one. After three years at the company, Van Dyke now serves as CEO and has overseen the company's entry into new markets as it expands out of its humble home in Nelson, New Zealand.
