Fran Harris, a trailblazing former Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA) player, made her mark in the world of professional basketball with a career defined by excellence. Her journey began at The University of Texas, where she captained the team that won the 1986 national championship and led the Longhorns to the first-ever NCAA undefeated season (34–0).

Post-college, Harris took her talents to the international stage, playing professional basketball in Italy and Switzerland. Her competitive spirit and dedication to the game caught the attention of the newly formed WNBA, where she became a valuable member of the Houston Comets, contributing significantly to the team's success as they clinched the inaugural WNBA Championship. Her journey continued the following season when she took on a starting role for the Utah Starzz, showcasing her versatility and skill on the court.

Since retiring from the game, Harris has been an ESPN announcer, TV host and entrepreneur. She has become a respected figure in the business world, serving as an optimization and explosion expert, authoring numerous books, and engaging as a sought-after corporate speaker and coach. She is the Chief Empowerment Officer of Fran Harris Enterprises, LLC; Co-Founder of The Athletic Association, an indoor and outdoor multi-sports and entertainment complex in Dallas, Texas; founder of Fran Harris Studios, a digital, television, film, and creative production company; and CEO and founder of hydration beverage company Electra Beverages. With a straightforward mantra of "no excuses," Harris draws from her dynamic career to help individuals and companies achieve success by breaking through old paradigms.
