Fran is the founder of context, an award-winning communication and change management consulting firm that specializes in workplace wellness. Fran is also the developer of Hotseat (gethotseatapp.com), an app and web-based tool to decrease the risk of “sitting disease” and increase physical activity through short breaks and social game play.

She and her clients have won numerous communication and industry awards, such as the Society of New Communications Research award, the National Business Group on Health Best Employers for Healthy Lifestyles award, and the Philadelphia Business Journal’s Healthy Workplace Award. Human Resource Executive recognized the game Fran developed for employers implementing high-deductible health plans with a “Best HR Idea for 2012″ award.
