Francesco Stipo is an author and speaker on globalization, international affairs and geopolitics. He is the President and CEO of the Houston Energy Club, a public policy group that focuses on oil, gas, and renewable energy.

As an author, Dr. Stipo has published the book, "World Federalist Manifesto, Guide to Political Globalization." His work in global governance led to him being elected as a Fellow of the World Academy of Art and Science.

Stipo is also an expert on relations between the United States and China, the G20, energy, and international development. He has published numerous articles in outlets which include The Hill, Business Insider, and The Street. Since 2016 he has been a columnist for Newsmax Media on energy and foreign relations.

As a speaker, Stipo has addressed several organizations such as the Organization of American States, the Beijing Energy Club, Harvard University, and the East-West Center. During his career he joined several think tanks such as of the Atlantic Council of the United States, the Club of Rome, the Pacific Council on International Policy and the Bretton Woods Committee.
