Frank Forencich    

Internationally-Recognized Leader in Health & Life Education

Frank Forencich is an author and creator of The Sapience Project, an innovative showcase for conversations about wisdom, health, activism and the state of the planet. Frank has interviewed dozens of prominent authors, artists, physicians, attorneys, educators and youth activists, all engaged in the quest to create a functional future for humanity and the biosphere.

Frank offers a powerful big-picture view of human life and health, especially in the context of modern planetary challenges. His holistic approach weaves together a deep understanding of human history, physicality, health, culture and values.

He has a BA from Stanford University in Human biology, 1979 and is a member of the Council of Directors of the True Health Initiative. He has traveled to Africa on several occasions to study human origins and the ancestral environment. He was also a contributor to Paleo Magazine from 2012 to 2016.

He has extensive teaching experience in the martial arts and substantial mountain climbing experience across North America. As a speaker, Frank has presented at Google, Stanford Design School, the Ancestral Health Symposium (Harvard and UCLA) and the Dr. Robert D. Conn Heart Conference.

Frank is the author of “The Sapience Curriculum: Teacher’s Guide for an Age of Turmoil.” (To be released October, 2020)
