Frank Maguire served in the executive office of President of the United States in Washington, D.C. during the John F. Kennedy and Lyndon Johnson administrations.

He played a key role in the international expansion of American Airlines, and is the man who, as senior vice president worked with Colonel Harland Sanders to launch the Kentucky Fried Chicken empire and fast-food revolution of the 1970's, during the period when they were the fastest growing company on the New York Stock Exchange.

He holds a Doctor of Business Administration, Honoris Causa, from Johnson and Wales University.
