In 2006, Frank participated in an expedition to Iran to investigate what could be remnants of Noah's Ark. Frank is also an award-winning author of two books: I Don’t Have Enough Faith to Be an Atheist and Legislating Morality: Is it Wise? Is it Legal? Is it Possible?

An eight-year veteran of the United States Navy, Frank served as a Naval Aviator in the Pacific, Indian Ocean and Persian Gulf. He has a doctorate in Apologetics, a master’s degree in Public Administration and has taught courses in Leadership and Management at George Washington University in Washington, D.C. Frank has also appeared on numerous television and radio programs, including The O’Reilly Factor, Hannity & Colmes, Faith under Fire, Politically Incorrect, Focus on the Family and The Bible Answerman.
