Frank Williams is the Co-Founder and serves as the CEO of Evolent Health (NYSE: EVH). During Frank’s tenure as both its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, The Advisory Board completed an initial public offering (NASDAQ: ABCO) and grew to $450M+ in annual revenues with over 2,500 employees and $2B+ in market capitalization.

Earlier in his career, Frank served as the President of MedAmerica OnCall, the President of Vivra Orthopedics and as a Consultant for Bain & Co. Along with the Evolent Health board, he currently serves on the boards of the Business Talent Group and Peer Health Exchange and is active philanthropically in initiatives related to Public Health and Education. A native Californian, Frank received a BA with High Honors in Political Economies of Industrial Societies from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
