With previous roles at FARFETCH and King Digital, and as an adviser to technology start-ups and scale-ups as a member of the Atomico Expert Network, Williams has established herself as an innovator in the establishment, growth, and leadership of modern in-house legal and compliance functions. At DeepL, Williams leads strategic direction for the in-house legal team, managing legal risk and corporate governance, overseeing legal affairs, and ensuring compliance with the ever-changing regulatory environment.

Williams has been featured in The Lawyer Magazine’s Hot 100 and in the Financial Times’s Most Innovative In-House Legal Team at both King and Farfetch.
