This down-to-earth approach to gratitude is a 100% practical class focused on sharing tools to support workers to have a personal practice that allows them to recognize, enjoy and live from gratitude every day. There is a great power within each one of us, but we can only discover it and use it in our daily decision-making if we learn to listen to it and align ourselves with that personal wisdom.

Our objective with this conference will be to share highly grounded concepts with the team so that, in just 10 minutes a day, they can "check" and fulfill a personal connection space every day.
