She created a worldwide conversation driven in the realms of politics, education, disability, foreign policy, mental health, healthcare, and others. She has interviewed talents associated with the following networks HBO, Starz, OWN, FX, NBC, and just about all networks on television. Smith has created math formulas, theories, and works to bridge the gap between young and old generations. She completed everything while pursuing two degrees and doing 60-70 interviews per week.
