Christopher Gallant (better known as GALLANT) was born in Washington DC and graduated from NYU.

His critically acclaimed studio album debut Ology was Grammy-nominated and featured the breakout single “Weight In Gold” which was handpicked as the first record played by Zane Lowe on Beats1.

He was named a Forbes “30 Under 30 of 2017” and was the Featured Honoree for Music. And has received support from the likes of Elton John, Annie Mac, Complex, LA Times, The Guardian, NPR, Pitchfork, to name a few.

GALLANT has performed live at the White House, multiple times, the Mnet Asian Music Awards, Later… with Jools Holland, The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, The Late Late Show with James Corden amongst others.

His personal project, "In The Room" is an original live performance series, including performances with A$AP FERG, DUA LIPA, Andra Day, JOHN LEGEND, Jack Garratt, SEAL, and Sufjan Stevens. And he has collaborated with Jhene Aiko, Saba, Sufjan Stevens, Noah Cyrus, A$AP Ferg, Tablo, ERIC NAM, Saba, SEAL.

GALLANT made his scripted debut earlier this year on Season 3 of “Insecure” and his voiceover work is featured on “We Bare Bears” for the Cartoon Network.

His sophomore Album will be set for release in 2019 through Warner Bros. Records/Mind of a Genius Records.
