Garth R. Andrus is a principal at Deloitte Consulting in Los Angeles. Andrus has over 20 years of experience in consulting. An expert in human resources and organization studies, he has previously taught at George Washington University and Vanderbilt University, the latter of which is where he earned his PhD. In April 2019, a book he co-authored, "The Technology Fallacy: How People Are the Real Key to Digital Transformation," was released. The business book explores digital disruption and argues that organizational changes are the way to survive the disruption and prosper.
