As a national speaker and workshop leader, Gaye is known for her ability to generate enthusiasm, create connections, and focus people on living with purpose.

Gaye knows the joy and challenges that come with trying to be authentic and live a faith-based life in a world that demands so much.

Her professional experience includes leadership positions in Fortune 500 companies and non-profit organizations. Gaye has led a human resources team that supported 12,000 airline employees, served as the Chief of Staff to a college president, and worked with a Christian family conference ministry. She has the reputation for being a skilled executive advisor and confidante.

Gaye is the author of Find a Job: The Little Book for BIG SUCCESS and a contributing author to the book Don't Miss Your Boat: Living Your Life With Purpose in the Real World. She is president of the MN Chapter for the National Speakers Association (NSA), a National Trainer for Laurie Beth Jones, Inc., and a graduate of the CLASS Seminars (Christian Leaders, Authors and Speaker Services). She teaches a Master's Leadership Communication class at Concordia University in St. Paul, MN.

Gaye finds great joy in serving as a worship leader, a community volunteer, and being actively involved in her own church. You may have heard Gaye on KTIS Christian radio's Workplace Moments. She and her husband Steve live in St. Paul, Minnesota.
