Geoff Belknap is responsible for physical and information security at Slack. Geoff has more than 20 years of experience in security and network architecture.

Previously, Geoff was chief information security officer at Palantir Technologies. He has held numerous technical leadership roles in the financial services and telecommunications sectors. Currently, Geoff serves on the board of the Bay Area CISO Council.

Geoff has a BS in Business Management from Western Governors University and is actively involved as adviser to a number of start-ups on cybersecurity and policy. He is a member of the CSIS Cyber Policy Task Force for U.S. and International cybersecurity policy.
