George Lucas, PhD, has gained notable recognition as a trainer, consultant, and author, with a highly extensive career spanning over 25 years. Lucas brings his in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in enhancing business-to-business negotiation skills, sales, business development, marketing strategy, and leadership skills to organizations worldwide. His work has spanned across continents, with successful initiatives in North America, Asia Pacific, Europe, Latin America, and Africa. His clientele includes industry giants like AON, Sonoco Paper, Terminix, Rust-Oleum, Sedgwick CMS, The Frank Crystal Company, and Orgill Hardware.

Lucas holds a Bachelors degree, an MBA, and a Ph.D. from the University of Missouri. Beyond his studies, he has imparted his knowledge to students at Texas A&M and The University of Memphis, holding faculty positions at both institutions. He is recognized as one of the top professors in the Executive and International MBA programs.
