GLS Worldwide Take Action Breakout Sessions

Challenging Organizations to ReImagine Leadership

GLS Worldwide was founded on the success story of USS Benfold as chronicled the best-selling business book It's Your Ship. Under the leadership of Captain Mike Abrashoff, USS Benfold, an underperforming Naval War Ship, became the best ship in the Pacific Fleet within 12 months. GLS Worldwide combines Captain Mike Abrashoff's leadership experiences with research, best practices and the knowledge of their clients to provide practical solutions on how leaders can achieve breakthrough results. At GLS, the focus is on common sense solutions; the magic is helping you make it common practice.
