Grace Chang is the Founder and CEO of Kintsugi. Grace was previously in technical leadership roles at several Bay Area startups, including a machine learning company that specialized in signal processing for authentication.

In addition to receiving multiple National Science Foundation Phase I and II awards for the development of novel AI technology, Kintsugi has been awarded Fierce Healthcare's Fierce 15 of 2023, Forbes AI 50 for North America, and was named Gartner's Cool Vendor for Responsible AI.
