UN SDG Learncast & TEDx Speaker; Member of Global WOMENSCONF Scientific Committee & NYAS; Founder of Sharing to Empower

Grace Chenxin Liu is highly passionate about research into and advocating for gender equality, sustainable development, and supporting the SDGs using STEAM by designing innovative solutions to real-world problems. Her sole-authored research is published in The Journal of International Women’s Studies, a peer-reviewed journal. Another 1st authored research was published by the United Nations. As a member of the Global Conference on Women's Studies' Scientific Committee, 1000 Girls, 1000 Futures program and the Junior Academy of the New York Academy of Sciences, the Stevens Initiative Alumni, and the International Science Reserve, she has been the youngest and one of the selected few highlighted speakers in presenting research during the 2nd and 3rd Global Conference on Women’s Studies. She has more than 40 pieces of writing and artwork featured in academic journals, anthologies, newspapers, books, conference proceedings, and social media.

Liu is also a UN SDG Learncast & TEDx speaker, Girls Leadership Academy Meetup STEM Role Model, UNHCR Youth Champion, 2022 Global Youth Challenge Winner, Davidson Young Scholar, 2022 Kode with Klossy Scholar, 2020-2021 Long Island Young Scholar for Mathematics, 2x winner of the International Chinese Essay Contest for Youth, 2x national winner of NCACLS Speech Contest, national winner of NCACLS Chinese Idiom Contest, national winner of NCACLS National Reading and Writing Contest, and China Press (USA) National Best Ten Junior Journalist.

In her spare time, she loves to paint/design, 2D and 3D animation, code, run, fence, and more! She is an active volunteer in her community, contributing to the local school, library, county, and association as a youth volunteer, graphic designer, blog contributor, tutor, fundraiser, coach, and more.
