Grace LaConte, MS, RHIA, is a business consultant, writer, and risk strategist. She has created and implemented Risk Management tools, including the Employee for a Day method, Foundational Staff concept, and Healthy Feedback Loops analysis. Leaders using her unique approach have successfully reversed toxic environments, minimized staff turnover, and developed policies that support families.

During her career, LaConte has served as a Risk and Compliance Officer, Director of Marketing, Director of Health Information Management, and Data Analyst. She holds a Communications BA degree and a Master of Science in Health Information Management. While LaConte believes education is important, she encourages trade careers and non-traditional jobs.

She deeply respects the hard work and dedication of business owners and seeks to learn from her clients, exploring ways to help them succeed.
