Grace Vallo is a New England-based self-taught chef, food blogger, and recipe creator. She started her food blog, Tastefully Grace, as a way of documenting her and her family's recipes, inspired by not only the seasonal ingredients available in New England but by the seasonal "feeling" and "mood" that influences all of us regardless of where we live to crave homemade popsicles in the summer, a hearty bowl of pasta in the winter, and apple fritters in the fall.

In 2020, Vallo left the corporate world to work on her growing blog full-time. Since then, she's been featured on the Food Network, Food and Wine, PBS, and 25+ other major outlets, including NH Life Magazine's cover story and a Thanksgiving Special on 60+ Scripps Networks nationwide. She is also a Fox News recipe contributor, Taste of Home Community Cooks member, and FeedFeed creator, and her blog was ranked Best 50 Food Blogs and Top 10 Northeast Food Blogs in 2023. She enjoys working with leading food brands like NatureSweet and Eggland’s Best to bring their products to life through video and photography.
