Grace Woo is the inventor of VRCodes: Specially designed visual codes for pictures that leverage how our eyes see differently from the camera. She is the co-founder of Pixels.IO which has recently deployed a system which allows users to find out more by clicking through an image: just like one navigates by typing in a URL. Dr. Grace Woo received her degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the MIT Media Lab in 2013. Her work with Pixels.IO has gained attention in numerous popular news outlets including the BBC, New York Times, Fast Company, Elle Magazine, New Scientist and Engadget amongst others.
