Mr. Greg Foster has been the Chief Executive Officer of Imax Entertainment and Senior Executive Vice President at IMAX Corporation since July 1, 2013. Mr. Foster served as Chairman and President of IMAX Entertainment at Imax Corporation since January 2013. He served as the Chairman of Filmed Entertainment at Imax Corporation since September 2004 and as its President of Filmed Entertainment since March 2001. He joined Imax Corporation in March 2001 as President, Filmed Entertainment. He served as Executive Vice-President of Production at MGM/UA. He held other senior positions including Senior Vice-President of Motion Picture Marketing Research during his 15 years at MGM/UA. In 1999, he co-founded uMogul, a financial services company offering retail investors competitive market returns via mutual funds comprised of entertainment industry assets where he held the positions of Chairman and President of uMogul. Mr. Foster served as the Director of Filmed Entertainment at IMAX Corporation. He has been a Non-Executive Director of IMAX China Holding, Inc since April 8, 2014. He serves as a Director of TCL-IMAX Entertainment Co., Ltd. Mr. Foster serves on the Board of Councilors of the University of Southern California School of Dramatic Arts and taught as an adjunct professor at the University of Southern California film school. Mr. Foster also serves on the Board of Trustees of the High Mountain Institute, a non-profit educational organisation. Mr. Foster is a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. Mr. Foster graduated from Georgetown University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration in May 1984.
