President and CEO of Quantum Workplace, Greg Harris’ first passion is architecting company culture and driving the career development of his team. Under his leadership, Quantum Workplace has grown North America’s largest database of employee engagement data through the Best Places to Work program. Greg strongly believes that every organization, no matter size, industry, or purpose, should have access to quality engagement analytics and tools that guide their next steps to making work awesome.

Before joining Quantum Workplace, Greg founded a research firm specializing in the measurement of client loyalty among financial companies. His career began at a Wall Street investment bank, where he served as an analyst and broker.

Greg graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University with degrees in political science and research methodologies. He serves on the board of two non-profit organizations. He has previously spoken at HR Reinvention, DallasHR Conference, Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce, Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce, and Dallas Business Journal (Workplace Conference)
