A television production and distribution veteran with particular expertise in lifestyle and sports programming, Greg Jacobs joined Red Bull Media House from NASCAR, where he oversaw business development for the brands unscripted television division. In his new role as leader of Red Bull Media Houses North American Distribution team, the Emmy Award-winner is driving distribution of Red Bulls unparalleled content across a gamut of platforms, maximizing its monetization for partners.

In a trade where its said that youre only as strong as your experience and youre Rolodex, Greg has established connections that run especially long and deep. He grew up surrounded by the day-to-day operations of his familys television production company, learning the basics as a part-timer through high school and college, and he has been passionately involved in the industry ever since. His Emmy as Executive Producer for Versus Quest for the NASCAR Sprint Cup series is a testament to two decades of experience in building quality programming and trusted relationships.

Before his tenure with NASCAR, Greg founded and led his own television and commercial production company, Magellan Media, which he subsequently sold to Post Modern Creative, a premier concept-to-creation digital media production and broadcast facility. The acquisition triggered a period of strong growth at Post Modern, where Greg led the commercial and television production divisions as Executive Producer. Prior to founding Magellan Media, Greg was a principal with New Visions Syndication and Freewheelin' Films, involved in all aspects of business development, production, and distribution for their sports and lifestyle television properties.

In addition to Quest for the NASCAR Sprint Cup, Gregs most notable projects include Showtime Sports premium series Inside NASCAR, BETs Changing Lanes, CMTs Kevin Costner narrated documentary specials Ride of Their Lives and Petty Blue, Discovery HD Theaters The Edge...Grand America Road Racing, ESPNs "30 for 30" series documentary The Tim Richmond Story, Travel Channels Three Perfect Days, and ABCs Game for Anything. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from the University of Denver.
