Greg Jenkins is the founder and CEO of Greg Jenkins Consulting. He is a service-disabled veteran who loves serving as a dedicated and passionate leadership, diversity and inclusion (D&I) consultant, trainer, facilitator, mentor, and coach.

Jenkins served in the U.S. Army for nearly 30 years. His career ranged from overseas duties in Germany and South Korea and combat duty in Iraq to several stateside assignments. While serving at the Pentagon, Jenkins teamed up with the Army’s Diversity Task Force and worked directly with the Secretary of the Army and Army Chief of Staff to help establish the Army’s Diversity program, policies, and marketing.

Jenkins offers his expertise and life-long love of learning to businesses who want to remain successful in spite of changes in demographics, technology, and communication.

He has worked with companies including USAA, Getty Images, Toyota, Smithsonian Institution, and CVS.
