Co-Founder The Paradigm Project

Greg Spencer, Jr. has a background finance and entrepreneurship. His work experience includes time as a marketing director for an innovative electronics firm and time at BlueSource as an analyst. His first trip to Africa in 2008 to Uganda forever changed his life when his sponsored child, Clinton, gave him one of the family’s only chickens. After this humbling experience, Greg knew he had to be involved in business that could make a profound impact and change the future of families like Clinton’s. After co-founding The Paradigm Project with his father, Greg Spencer, Sr., and Neil Bellefeuille, Greg moved to Rwanda, where he currently still resides, to manage The Paradigm Project’s East Africa operations under its consumer-facing brand, EzyLife. Greg Since the founding of The Paradigm Project, Greg has been responsible for strategic partner management, project design management and implementation on the ground in developing world countries, as well as directing communications, marketing and media. He was named one of Forbes “30 under 30” Social Entrepreneurs in 2012 and in the same year was selected by Business Week as the number one "Most Promising Social Entrepreneur". He received his B.A. in Business Administration from Point Loma Nazarene University.
