Greg Kozera is a father, grandfather, registered professional engineer with a Masters in Environmental Engineering and over 35 years of experience in the natural gas and oil industry. He is Regional Sales Manager for Nabors Completion & Production Services. Greg is the current President of the Virginia Oil and Gas Association and the President of Learned Leadership, his own company.

Mr. Kozera is a leadership coach, author of three books and numerous technical papers and articles. He is also a regular industry and newspaper columnist, radio personality as well as a professional speaker. He has been called “The Fracking Expert”. Greg is a high school soccer coach whose teams have made eight (8) West Virginia Boys State Soccer Tournament appearances and just won their fourth consecutive West Virginia State Championship with their 2nd consecutive undefeated season. They were also ranked 11th in the nation among ALL high schools by Max Preps (part of CBS sports).
