Mr. Gregory B. Maffei, Greg has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Liberty Media Corporation since February 2006 and May 2007 respectively. Mr. Maffei has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Liberty Capital Group since March 2006. He has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Liberty Interactive Corporation since May 2007. He serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Liberty Interactive LLC and Liberty GIC, Inc. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Liberty Interactive, Inc. He founded MSNBC in 1996 and served as its Executive Officer. He served as the President of Oracle Corp., from June 2005 to November 2005 and as its Chief Financial Officer from July 2005 to November 2005. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of 360networks Inc. since March 2000 and January 18, 2000, respectively. Mr. Maffei served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of 360networks Corporation, a holding company of Touch America Inc. from January 2000 to June 2005 and served as its President from July 2002 to November 2002. From July 1997 to January 2000, he served as Senior Vice President of Finance & Administration and Chief Financial Officer of Microsoft Corporation. He joined Microsoft in 1993 and served as its Treasurer since 1994 and Vice President of Corporate Development since 1995. Mr. Maffei has been the Chairman of the Board of TripAdvisor Inc. since February 12, 2013. He has been the Chairman of Starz since January 11, 2013 and of Live Nation Entertainment, Inc. since March 14, 2013. He served as the Chairman of 360networks Inc. since November 2002. He served as the Chairman of The Nasdaq Stock Market Board of Directors. He served as the Chairman of Expedia Inc., from 1999 to February 2002. He has been a Director of Barnes & Noble, Inc. since September 2011. He has been Chairman and Director at SIRIUS XM Radio Inc. since April 2013 and March 17, 2009 respectively. Mr. Maffei serves as a Director of Mobile Telecommunications Technologies Corporation. He served as Director of SkyTel Corp. since May 1995. He served as a Director of Electronic Arts Inc. from June 3, 2003 to July 31, 2013. He served as Director of DIRECTV Group, Inc. from February 2008 to June 17, 2010. He served as a Director of Microsoft Advertising since September 1999. He served as a Non Executive Director of Fun Technologies Inc.
