William serves as a materials engineer in the premier measurement company, Agilent Technologies. His interest is poverty eradication via engineering solutions and impact investing. His previous research involved in designing a low flow rate hydro-turbine system to generate electricity for rural communities. William is an advocate of Millennium Development Goals (MDGs). He is the Under-Secretary of Outreach of United Nations Association Malaysia (UNAM) that aims to empower youths by linking them with UN bodies. He was the founding shapers of Kuala Lumpur Hub before establishing George Town (Penang) Hub.
