Dr. Guy Beaudin is the Senior Partner at RHR International, a firm of management psychologists operating around the world for over 65 years.  His practice at RHR focuses on executive assessment and leadership development for his clients including Presidents and CEOs in Canada, the United States, Europe and Australia.

Dr. Beaudin and RHR have a particular expertise in assisting executives integrate successfully into new roles, especially as part of CEO succession.  He also works extensively in the area of Management Due Diligence – assisting investor firms in assessing and developing the leadership talent they need in portfolio or acquired companies to deliver on their investment thesis.

Dr. Beaudin has also assisted leadership teams in their efforts to work more effectively together, including in M&A scenarios. He has worked with a number of boards in the area of Board and Director effectiveness, and has assisted Boards in the process of CEO succession.
