Guy Langford is the U.S. Transportation, Hospitality, & Services Leader (TH&S) sector at Deloitte. Guy leads a practice of multi-disciplinary client service teams serving preeminent hospitality, aviation, gaming & casinos, restaurant & food service, transportation, and health & wellness companies to help them 1) enhance the customer experience, 2) achieve operational excellence, and 3) drive digital and tech innovation. Guy has extensive experience in advising both financial sponsors and corporate clients on due diligence, accounting structuring matters, financial and operating aspects of transactions for various segments of the industry. He also works closely with many clients on post-transaction and advisory activities, including integration efforts to ensure maximum transaction value is secured and well as consideration of various exit strategies including sale, joint venture and IPO.

Prior to serving as the US TH&S Leader, Guy was Deloitte's National M&A TH&S and Real Estate (RE) Leader where he has worked on some of the largest and most complex transactions in recent years including both domestic and cross border transactions in the public and non-public arenas.

In addition to client service and leadership responsibilities, Guy is a frequent presenter at various travel, hospitality & leisure and real estate conferences and summits including, Americas Lodging Investment Summit (ALIS) and the New York Hospitality Industry Investment Conference. Guy is published in both television and print media and the author behind several articles produced by Deloitte.

Originally from Australia, Guy received his bachelors of Commerce at the University of Melbourne. Based in New York since 1997. He is both a Chartered Accountant (Australia) and a licensed CPA (USA- Illinois and New York) with over 25 years of public accounting experience.
