Hadley Mullin is responsible for originating new investment opportunities, diligencing new business opportunities, structuring transactions and working with our partner companies, as well as helping to oversee the strategy and management of the firm. Mullin is also a member of the Investment Committee. Prior to joining TSG, Mullin was with Bain & Company where she worked in a variety of practice areas, including consumer products, retail and healthcare. Her experience includes business unit strategy, sales and marketing optimization and new product development. Mullin also worked in Bain’s private equity practice, where she conducted strategic and operational due diligence for private equity clients.
