Hala G. Moddelmog serves as the President of Arby's Restaurant Group, Inc. since May 20, 2010. Ms. Moddelmog served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Susan G. Komen for the Cure since September 2006. Prior to joining the Komen Foundation, Ms. Moddelmog served as the Chief Executive Officer of Catalytic Ventures, Inc. She served as the President of Cajun Operating Company (formerly, Church's Chicken) division of AFC Enterprises Inc. since August 1995 to ... 2004. From May 1993 to July 1995, Ms. Moddelmog served as Vice President of Marketing and then Senior Vice President and General Manager for Cajun Operating Company. From 1990 to 1993, Ms. Moddelmog served as Vice President of Product Marketing and Strategic Planning at Arby's Franchise Association Service Corporation. She also held executive management and marketing positions at BellSouth. Ms. Moddelmog has been a Director of Amerigroup Corp. since August 5th 2009. She served as Director of AMN Healthcare Services Inc. from February 7, 2008 to may 2010. Ms. Moddelmog served as a Director of Fiesta Brands, Inc. from 2006 to January 2008 and HyperActive Technologies, Inc. from 2006 to 2007. She served on the Board of Trustees for the Georgia Southern University Foundation from 2005 to 2008, and for Clark Atlanta University from 2004 to 2006. She has attended executive education programs at Harvard University and Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management, and has received the National Association of Corporate Directors' (NACD) certification. Ms. Moddelmog earned a B.A. in English from Georgia Southern University and a M.A. in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of Georgia.
