Graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Macau. One of the founding members and former President of the first association of childrens in Guinea-Bissau (ADC), at the age of 11. Elected President of the Children's Parliament of Guinea-Bissau in 2003. Was also member of the Network for Children and Youth Journalists (RCJJ), Coordinator of Childhood's Comittee of the National Network of Youth Associations (RENAJ) and Coordinator of the Installation Committee of the Association of African Students at the University of Macau. Actually working as a Legal Counsel and Trainee Lawyer in a law firm in the city of Bissau, and Country Research Assistant of the Varieties of Democracy (V-Dem) for Guinea-Bissau.
