Hamoon Ekhtiari is the Founder and CEO of FutureFit AI, a company at the intersection of technology and human potential. His prior experience includes serving as the Director of Strategy and Innovation for a $30B telecom and technology company and the Executive Vice President at TELUS. Ekhtiari was also the Founding Director of Studio [Y], a leadership and innovation academy at MaRS, Canada’s largest urban innovation hub.

Before establishing FutureFit AI, Ekhtiari founded a successful social enterprise that raised $1M in its first year. He also contributed significantly to the growth of Deloitte’s consulting business in the Caribbean, a role that saw him serve as an adjunct faculty member. His affiliations include active membership in the Governor General’s Canadian Leadership Conference and the role of AdR Fellow at the University of Cambridge.
