Hannah Hart

YouTube Star Known for "My Drunk Kitchen," Comedian, New York Times Best-Selling Author & LGBTQ+ Activist

Hannah Hart is an entertainer and two-time New York Times best-selling author.

Boasting over 5 million followers across her social platforms, Hart is the creator and star of her award-winning, weekly web series “My Drunk Kitchen”, which has amassed millions of views since its first episode premiered in 2011.

In 2012, Hart launched her first scripted format "Hello, Harto,” a project that helped distribute food to local communities across America. These efforts in turn created Hart's philanthropic community ‘Have A Hart Day,’ an international, year-round initiative which encourages young leaders to volunteer their time in their own communities.

Hart was recognized by The White House for her ability to mobilize the youth through this initiative and she was invited to lead a discussion about millennial engagement with President Obama. She was also named to Forbes’ 30 Under 30, an annual list which highlights talented individuals under 30 years old across a variety of fields in 2015.

Hart's first book My Drunk Kitchen: A Guide to Eating, Drinking, and Going with Your Gut, was based on her popular web series and spent six weeks on the New York Times Bestseller list. Her highly anticipated sophomore book Buffering: Unshared Tales Of A Life Fully Loaded debuted at number four on the New York Times Bestseller List in October 2016.

Hart starred in Legendary Digital Media’s film Electra Woman and Dyna Girl, a superhero action film with female-centric characters based on the popular 70’s series of the same name. Hart also co-produced and starred in Lionsgate's comedy Dirty 30, which released in theaters and on digital platforms.

In 2016, Hart was a guest judge for Season 12 of Food Network Star. She went on to hose her own television show, I Hart Food, where she traveled to eateries in different cities and learned how to cook foods of different ethnic cuisines.

She also hosts a show on the Ellen Digital Network, A Decent Proposal, where she helps deserving couples get their dream proposal. In 2018 she announced her engagement to longtime girlfriend Ella Mielniczenko, with plans to wed in 2020, which they had to postpone due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
