Harley Pasternak is a celebrity trainer, nutritionist, and New York Times Bestselling Author whose books include "5-Factor Fitness," "5-Factor Diet," "The 5-Factor World Diet," "The Body Reset Diet," "The Body Reset Diet Cookbook," and "5 Pounds." Harley’s titles have attained global bestseller status, which has led to translation into 14 languages in over 25 countries around the globe.

As a fitness and nutrition specialist, Pasternak boasts the largest celebrity client roster in the industry and has worked with the likes of Ariana Grande, Charlie Puth, Lady Gaga, Rihanna, Halle Berry, Katy Perry, Pusha T, Megan Fox, Robert Downey Jr., Robert Pattinson, Jessica Simpson, Gwen Stefani, Adam Levine, Charlie Puth, Kanye West, Kim Kardashian, John Mayer, Amy Schumer, Alicia Keys, and Jennifer Hudson.

Pasternak formerly starred in “Revenge Body with Khloe Kardashian” on E! and is a regular contributor on Good Morning America on ABC. He has also been featured as a judge on “Top Model” and, hosted “The Revolution” on ABC, and starred as himself in the feature film Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Pasternak has made worldwide speaking appearances in over 30 countries for a diversity of Fortune 500 companies, health and fitness organizations, and government entities.

Pasternak holds a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology and Nutritional Sciences from the University of Toronto and an Honors Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario. He is also certified by The American College of Sports Medicine and The Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology and served as an exercise and nutrition scientist for Canada’s Department of National Defense.
