Pop Singer-Songwriter & Actress Known For "The Fosters," "CSI: Cyber" & "Scooby Doo"

Hayley Kiyoko Alcroft, known by her stage name, Hayley Kiyoko, is a singer-songwriter and actress. After taking dance lessons as a child, Kiyoko’s interest in entertaining led her to work as a child model and actress. Kiyoko appeared in films including 2011’s Lemonade Mouth, 2012’s Blue Lagoon: The Awakening, 2015’s Jem and the Holograms and 2016’s XOXO. Additionally, Kiyoko played the role of Velma Dinkley in 2009’s Scooby-Doo! The Mystery Begins and 2010’s Scooby-Doo! Curse of the Lake Monster.

Kiyoko also held recurring roles on “The Fosters,” “CSI: Cyber” and “Five Points,” and played the character Stevie Nichols for four episodes of “The Wizards of Waverly Place.”

Kiyoko was a founding member of The Stunners, a pop girl group, when they formed in 2007. The Stunners went on tour with Justin Bieber before disbanding in 2011. Since then, Kiyoko has released several solo EPs, including 2013’s A Belle to Remember, 2015’s This Side of Paradise and 2016’s Citrine.

On March 30, 2018, Kiyoko released her debut studio album, Expectations. That album reached the top 20 in the US, Australia and Canada. That same year, Kiyoko won the Billboard Women in Music Rising Star Award.

Kiyoko is lesbian, and her fans refer to her as “Lesbian Jesus.” Since publicly coming out, she has been an LGBTQ advocate and icon.
