Heidi DuBois is Global Head of Philanthropy and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). In this key enterprise-wide role, Heidi is responsible for sustaining and expanding BNY Mellon’s leading reputation in CSR by advancing a deep understanding of the quickly evolving CSR field (encompassing social finance) and building and strengthening firm performance and reputation. She serves as our organization’s lead subject matter expert and primary liaison with key business, industry, government and civil society leaders at the global, national, regional and local levels.

Prior to joining BNY Mellon, Heidi was Vice President, Global Sustainability, at PepsiCo, responsible for driving the company’s sustainability agenda, engaging leadership teams to deliver on sustainability goals and coordinating with external-facing functions to promote the company’s sustainability vision and progress to external stakeholders. Previously, she was Senior Counsel in PepsiCo’s Law Department, where she supported the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors and PepsiCo’s Chief Human Rights Officer, and managed the company’s shareholder engagement program. Before joining PepsiCo, Heidi was Vice President and Senior Counsel at Assurant, Inc., a Fortune 300 insurance company. She started her career at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP in New York.
