Mr. Heiner Markhoff serves as Vice President of Water of Energy Infrastructure at General Electric Co. Mr. Markhoff serves as the President of SABIC Innovative Plastics B.V. He served as Vice President of Europe of SABIC Innovative Plastics since June 2006. Mr. Markhoff served as Vice President of Plastics of Europe and GE Industrial of General Electric Co. since June 22, 2006. Mr. Markhoff served as the Chief Executive Officer of GE Bayer Silicones in Germany, a role he began in April 2002 and served for four years. As a key leader in GE's European Silicones business for most of the past decade, he played an instrumental role in growing that business' revenues from $150 million in 1995 to $800 million for 2006. Prior to GE Bayer Silicones, he served as an Automotive General Manager at GE Plastics and with responsibility for the Automotive business in North America from August 2000 to April 2002. He served as Sales Director at GE Bayer Silicones in Europe. Other roles included Manager of Corporate Business Development, European Marketing Director of GE Silicones and positions at Booz-Allen & Hamilton, Inc. in Germany. He named as one of GE's "Growth Heroes" in 2005. Mr. Markhoff studied Economics at the University of Muenster in Germany and received his Degree in Business Administration from University of Koeln in Germany in 1990.
