Helen Altshuler is a senior Engineering Leader with experience as an Executive Director/Head of Technology at a bank, and the CTO at an analytics startup. Altshuler currently works at Google, managing software engineering for Google Maps data platform. With 20 years of software engineering, CTO, and IT leadership experience, Altshuler has a unique expertise in growing talented and efficient tech teams, building saas products from inception to production (and selling to enterprise customers), scaling and leading large software systems and organizations. Altshuler is a trusted startup and CTO advisor (currently with CapitalG and Techstars), Girls Who Code instructor, tech and career speaker, hackathon mentor and judge, and board advisor at Pace University School of CSIS.
