Henry Silverman is CEO of Cain Hoy Enterprises, LLC, the former real estate business of Guggenheim Partners. He previously served as vice chairman and global head of real estate at Guggenheim and before that was chief operating officer, a director, vice chairman of the board and a member of the executive committee at Apollo Global Management. Silverman also is former CEO and chairman of the board of Cendant Corp., a Fortune 100 company and the largest global provider of consumer and business services within the travel and residential real estate sectors. Prior to Cendant, Silverman was chief investment officer of two private equity funds: Reliance Capital Group and Blackstone Capital Partners I.
