Herman is the Founder and CEO of Improbable, a London based start-up originally out of the Cambridge computer lab. Improbable is currently active in the gaming and defence industries. It is a team of 50 including some of the top engineering talent from world renowned academic institutions and companies such as Google, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and Microsoft. Herman holds a computer science degree from Cambridge and has a particular interest in distributed systems and rendering. He spoke at the Game Horizon Conference in 2014.
