Hilka has also been a frequent guest on hundreds of radio and television programs. She holds a Masters in Public Policy with a concentration in International Policy and Finance from the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University.

Hilka has been an active member of numerous professional associations, including the International Coaching Federation, the National Speakers Association, the American Society for Training and Development, the Americas Society, the Global Business Association, Women in Communications and Toastmasters. She is a member of the Global Business Committee and the Women's Executive Business Committee of the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce.
